A usable journey is the minimum.
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA and review newer WCAG 2.2 guidance as the platform changes.
Access is checked across the complete journey: finding a stay, comparing choices, reading terms, and reaching support. An inaccessible path is treated as a defect to correct, not a preference to defer.
